1. Get more sleep. We all know that our bodies function better when we get a few extra hours of sleep and we all know that no one likes a crabby person.
2. Eat Healthy. Eating healthy has too many benefits to list them all, but it can make your skin look younger, improve overall health, help you lose weight, increase productivity, and increase energy.
3. Exercise. Exercise can reduce stress, improve your mood and give you more energy. It also helps you regulate your sleep pattern and fall asleep faster. Exercise can also make you feel accomplished when you set short term and reasonable goals. Oh yeah and it can be fun to.
4. Get out side. Find an outdoor activity that you enjoy doing. Fresh air and sunshine will make you feel amazing. Learn to appreciate the world and all the things it has to offer you. Find a park to go walking, sit and read a book outside or go walk along a river.
5. Take time for your self. Take time to step away from all the craziness of your school and or work life. As much as everyone likes hanging out with friends it’s good to have some alone time to. Read a good book, go for a walk, or something you can enjoy doing by your self.
