So last night before bed I decided to make up my own little yoga session.
I put on pandora on to sleep station… which is songs that I usually fall asleep to. Relaxing music but it still is songs that I know.
Track 1: Warm up and stretching
Track 2: Legs and plank to down dog
Track 3: Balance and relaxation
It only took about 10-15 min but it seriously made me relax soooooo well before bed. I slept like an angel.
